The success of Maryland Court sparked Steelman Properties to purchase another office building on the corner of Desert Inn Road and Eastern Avenue called Hermosa Plaza. This single story building provides a wonderful setting for companies across the board especially dentists and doctors that like to be in the hospital corridor between Sunrise Hospital and Desert Springs Hospital.
The renovation of this building was completed in 6 weeks time due to the extraordinary efforts from all the people involved.
